The Sports Edit size recommendation:

We find Sweaty Betty to be true to size but if your measurements are in between those listed in the size chart, pick the next size up. Not sure how to measure?

Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.

Tip: If you are 5'4" or under, we recommend trying a 7/8 length in leggings.

This polyamide elastane fabric is super supportive, soft and moisture wicking. It's high elastane content helps to sculpt the body, providing support and creates a flattering silhouette.
