Good things come to those who sweat.
We believe in the power of sweat.
It is the key to a healthier, happier you. Our mission is to inspire movement and improve customers' lives through fitness.
Our three pillars:
CURATION: We scour the globe to find brands and products that blend style, high performance and enduring quality and then offer a unique edit of these.
CONTENT: We produce content that supports your wellness journey and our blog is a trusted source for active lifestyles.
COMMUNITY: We are building a fitness community that strives to be supportive, knowledgeable, inclusive, friendly and fun.
Our Story So Far
We launched in late 2015 in a (cold) garage in London with enough space for four people. Fast forward to February 2022, and Marks and Spencer plc, the UK’s largest clothing retailer, took a majority stake in The Sports Edit.
We’ve come a long way, but the journey has just begun.
Eat Well, Move More
As a Group, we are committed to helping our customers maintain a healthy lifestyle through movement and nutrition. Our goal at TSE is to inspire movement and exercise in our customers, whilst M&S offers a growing range of ‘Eat Well’ nutritionally balanced products to help support that journey
Sustainability & Plan A
Sustainability is a key value that we share with M&S. A clear action plan is paramount as we strive to minimise our impact on the planet.
You can learn more about TSE’s initiatives to create a more sustainable future for activewear via our Sustainability Hub.
M&S first launched its Plan A sustainability action plan in 2007. The mission is to become a net zero business across the entire value chain by 2040, and net zero across our own operations by 2035.
