We find Sweaty Betty to be true to size but if your measurements are in between those listed in the size chart, pick the next size up. For high impact activities like HIIT however, we suggest sizing down to ensure full support. Not sure how to measure?

The adjustable collar allows for personalised comfort and protection, while the zip-off hood offers flexibility for changing weather conditions, making it the ideal companion for walking and hiking.

The relaxed fit is designed to leave room for more layers underneath, however if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
