Omega-3 supports the normal heart and brain function and is essential for eye health, following a daily intake of min. 250mg EPA og 250mg DHA.
Magnesium contributes to normal electrolyte balance along with normal muscle and nerve function.
Magnesium and Vitamin B6 supports normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatique.
Vitamin D helps maintain normal muscle and immune function along with regulation of calcium in the body and keeping the bones strong.
Recommended daily serving for adults 11 years and up: 3 O3 softgels, 1 D3 softgel preferably with a meal and 3 M3 capsules, preferably 30 minutes before bed or after physical activity (empty stomach). Recommended daily serving should not be exceeded.
