If you're looking for both hydration and a steady supply of energy, the Drink Mix 160 should be your go to. Built on patent-pending hydrogel technology, one sachet delivers 40 grams of carbohydrates. When you mix it with water, you'll get a liquid sports drink containing a high concentration of maltodextrins and fructose that instantly converts to hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach - unlike other sports drinks, the hydrogel technology enables a smooth transportation of the drink through the stomach to the intestine where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.

One sachet mixed with 500ml of water contains 40g of carbohydrates
Mix the content of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until dissolved. Be careful, you need to get the ratio right for the hydrogel technology to work. The mix is designed to be mixed with water with <40mg/L calcium content. (please note that tap water can contain up to 100mg-L so we recommend using filtered water to mix). Higher levels can affect how it's dissolved. Consume the sports drink minutes before, during and or directly after activity.
