Stephanie hails from the UK, but her four years living in Vancouver BC have left her with a Canadian twang and a love of stand up paddleboarding. By day she wrangles spreadsheets as The Sports Edit’s merchandising & e-commerce manager; by night she likes a good bike ride, a spot of urban gardening and a Crossfit workout to top it all off.

My dad and I make our own homemade almond milk completely from scratch (right down to hand peeling the almonds!)
