Each event kicks off at The Sports Edit in Chelsea, where master trainer Joshua Clark will take you through a warm up run en route to Method Movement’s studios, with a few HIIT surprises along the way!
Then expect a change of pace with a 45 minute yoga class in Method Movement’s serene garden, followed by a 15 minute mindfulness session with Head of Good Vibes, Natalia Bojanic.
Enjoy complimentary refreshments from Primal Pantry and goodie bags after class, with the chance to browse Spiritual Gangster’s new summer collection.
These events are open to both women and men on a first come first served basis. Join us on either Saturday 8th or Tuesday 11th April and say no to FOMO!
